Catching up with new Vietnam market trend and the booming of franchising in Vietnam, in 2007, board of leaders of Gami Group decided to set up Development & Cooperation Department with main function of searching, researching & developing new projects.
After researching, analyzing, evaluating & negotiating with foreign partners, in 2008, An Hoa Phat Company Limited was founded, doing business as car rental under the trade mark of worldwide well-known AVIS.
From the end of 2009 & beginning of 2010, Pizza Ngon Company, An Minh ice-cream Company and An Hoa Japan Company were established with franchising for such famous fast-food brand names such as The Pizza Company (The Minor Group), Swensen, Sarku Japan.
At Gami’s 16th anniversary ceremony (October 2009), Gami Franchising Holding was officially established. This is a new and important business orientation in the next 10 years of Gami.
